    To check the status of your order, log on to www.chokore.com and go to the My Orders section under My Account. When we ship your order, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after your order has shipped to show movement. For any further queries you have a chat option to get in touch on our website.

    We work hard to ship customers’ orders as soon as we can because of this we are unable to modify addresses on existing orders. There is a small window of time where we may be able to cancel your order and help you replace your order with the correct address.

    You can return any unworn items with the exception of masks for a refund. Simply send us a return request over the email info@chokore.com with all details. You have 14 days post purchase to return.
